A Matter of Shadow

I am attracted by the swaying shadow before me; it moves without direction or weight, faint and erratic, and seems to be hinting at an invisible form.
Interestingly, when the shadows are transformed into images, these sensations no longer exist; the shadows in photographs seem firm and strong, weakening the surrounding visual elements. I find that objects in images exist almost in an opposite state than in reality.
I attempt to merge reality with my image experiences, reconstructing new forms between the two.
